Meet with us to explore a potential fit. For many sellers discretion is important, so we provide an NDA to ensure confidentiality.
2 / PRELIMINARY TERMS
Review and sign a Letter of Intent, including an initial price and preliminary deal structure.
3 / DUE DILIGENCE
Answer follow up questions and assist in a quality of earnings analysis.
4 / CLOSE
Finalize and sign formal Purchase Agreement and plan for transition, including communication strategy and onboarding activities.

CHRIS HALL
I'm Chris Hall, an operationally focused business leader with 25+ years of experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets, leading teams, and driving measurable operational improvements. I’ve overseen capital projects, negotiated vendor contracts, and delivered significant cost savings. I also bring hands-on governance experience as an HOA board member. I’m now focused on acquiring and running a small business, leveraging both corporate rigor and hands-on operational leadership to drive growth and create long-term value.

I hold an undergraduate degree from the University of Washington and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

On a personal note, I'm married with a son and enjoy running, cycling and exploring new places near and far.
